how does it work?
The whole concept for Halle came from the idea that organizations are doing such great work and many of them don’t know how to share that story well. We knew our strengths were in capturing and telling stories and wanted a way to work with small-to-medium sized organizations so that they could benefit and would not need someone in-house. In that way, we are here on an as-needed basis.
We want to make this process as simple and easy as possible, and even if you work on the other side of the world, we can make this happen. Together, we can work through your vision, plan the travel logistics and turn your stories into somewhat that can be shared and experienced by those who support your work.
We travel light and work in an unobtrusive manner, so that all is captured in a natural manner and the final product has a genuine feel.
how to book?
Booking is simple and typically done on a first come first serve basis; we try to make our timing as flexible as possible so that booking can even be last-minute as needed.
Our work is built on handshakes, trust, and the idea that we are all in this together, moving towards the same goal. (but we also do contracts too!)
pricing?
Since every project is custom fit to your needs, so is our pricing.
Typically, we quote a flat rate based on the deliverables plus any travel associated with the work. We like to keep it simple and up front.
Honestly, we love what we do and want to do it as much as possible; in that we work hard to make the work fit within your budget.
turn-around?
We know that the best place for your final products is in your hands. And in your hands quickly. Having recent, relevant work to share encourages others to connect with your work.
Depending on what the deliverables are, the typical turn-around time is between 4-8 weeks (or to fit your specific deadlines), but many times our work is wrapped up before then!
